Farevera Privacy

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 15, 2026

Farevera ("we," "our," or "us") operates websites, infrastructure, blockchain services, applications, APIs, dashboards, and ecosystem projects. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users.

By using Farevera services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Farevera services collect different information depending on the product, feature, plan, integration, or application you use.

We may collect account information, contact information, payment-related information, support requests, feedback, business details, usage preferences, uploaded content, analytics settings, developer configuration, and other information you choose to provide.

Some applications, such as NevaEmail, may allow limited use without account registration. Other applications, dashboards, APIs, or paid products may require account, billing, or access-control information.

2. Automatically Collected Information

When you visit NevaEmail, we may automatically collect information such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser type
  • Operating system
  • Device type
  • Pages visited
  • Date and time of access
  • Referring website
  • API usage, request metadata, and diagnostic events
  • Diagnostic and performance logs
  • This information helps us maintain security, detect abuse, improve performance, and troubleshoot technical issues.

3. Blockchain and Digital Asset Information

When you use blockchain-related services, we may process wallet addresses, public keys, transaction hashes, network identifiers, token metadata, bridge or payment details, node or validator telemetry, block explorer links, and other public-chain information.

Public blockchain data is generally visible to anyone and may remain permanently available on the relevant network, even if we delete information from Farevera systems.

Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or sensitive wallet credentials to Farevera unless a product explicitly instructs otherwise under a separate written agreement.

4. Application and Project Data

Farevera applications may process product-specific data. For example, NevaEmail processes temporary inbox and message data, Tax Lien Pro may process parcel, lien, auction, portfolio, workflow, notes, documents, and public-record data, and developer tools may process API keys, webhook endpoints, logs, and integration settings.

AI or automation features may process prompts, instructions, generated outputs, uploaded files, extracted fields, classifications, summaries, and workflow history.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit data to Farevera services and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive, regulated, or confidential information.

5. Temporary Email Messages

Emails received through NevaEmail are temporary by design.

Messages are stored only for the duration of the active inbox.

When an inbox expires or is deleted, associated messages may be permanently removed from our systems.

Because disposable inboxes are not intended for long-term storage, we strongly recommend that users do not use NevaEmail for sensitive, confidential, or important communications.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Farevera may use cookies or similar technologies to:

  • Remember user preferences
  • Maintain website functionality
  • Improve performance
  • Measure website usage
  • Prevent abuse and automated attacks
  • You may disable cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not function correctly.

7. Payments

Premium features, subscriptions, usage-based services, licensing, inbox time extensions, blockchain-related services, or application access may require payment.

Payment information is processed by trusted third-party payment processors.

Farevera does not store full credit card or debit card information on its servers.

8. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Deliver application, infrastructure, blockchain, analytics, and temporary email functionality

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only when necessary with payment processors, hosting or infrastructure providers, analytics providers, blockchain infrastructure providers, API providers, AI service providers, public-record data providers, support tools, when required by law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of Farevera, users, or the public.

10. Data Retention

Temporary inboxes exist only for their active duration.

After expiration, email messages may be permanently deleted and inbox data may be removed.

Account records, billing records, application data, tax lien workflow data, support communications, API logs, blockchain-related metadata, and security records may be retained as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain system reliability.

Public blockchain data and public records may remain available from third-party networks, government sources, archives, or data providers outside Farevera control.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect our systems.

However, no website, internet transmission, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should avoid submitting private keys, seed phrases, unnecessary sensitive information, confidential records, or regulated data unless the applicable service and agreement expressly permit it.

12. Children's Privacy

NevaEmail is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services, including payment providers, analytics providers, hosting services, blockchain networks, wallets, exchanges, public-record providers, government data sources, AI providers, email providers, or security services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

Users should review the privacy policies of those providers.
